Still not believe it is only a month until Christmas. With so many celebrations, gift shopping, friends and family to visit, and delicious food to eat it is easy to fall off the wagon.

While taking a break for a few days will not do your health or fitness any harm, the more time you spend out of your regular habit, the harder it will be to restart your regular regime.


Whilst on holidays when I don’t feel like running I opt for doing a short and metabolic training to be able to maintain my exercise routine.

This High Intensity Interval Training you can do anytime, anywhere and it will only take 15 minutes of you day.


One Rounds of each set for five minutes each. Repeat the set of exercise as many times as you can during the five minutes. Rest 1:30min between each set. 


First Set:

15 squats

 8 push ups

15 abs

8 burpees


Second Set:

20 squats

10 push ups

20 abs

10 burpees


Third Set:

25 squats

12 push ups

25 abs

12 burpees
